Join our amazing bunch!

Do you have a few hours to spare every now and then?  Volunteering is a great opportunity to meet people, have fun, and help us to support even more people who are living with cancer in Ireland.
We have plenty of exciting volunteer opportunities to choose from including:

Whatever you can do to help, we would love to hear from you!

Daffodil Day & Pink Ribbon Day Volunteer

We will call for volunteers for Daffodil Day (March each year) and Pink Ribbon Day (October) before each event.

Fundraising Event Volunteer
The Irish Cancer Society runs national and local events year-round and we are always looking for volunteers to help us out.  Check out our Upcoming Events section for future opportunities or CallSave 1850 60 60 60 or fill our online form.

We also need volunteers to collect donations at a number of parishes throughout the country as part of our Church Gate collections.  If you would like to take part, please contact us on CallSave 1850 60 60 60, to see if there is an upcoming collection at your local parish.

Charity Shops Volunteer
The Society's successful chain of charity shops provide an opportunity for volunteers to play a part in the fight against cancer in an atmosphere that is welcoming and supportive. You don’t need any experience and your time is as valuable as a cash donation! If you would like to know more about the Society's shops, please call in and say hello, or contact our fundraising team on Callsave 1850 60 60 60 or fill our online form..

Organise your own Fundraising Event
You may wish to use your skills and hobbies to organise a fundraising event of your own! Our wonderful volunteers have organised coffee mornings, fashion shows, and table quizzes to raise valuable funds to help people affected by cancer.
