The 2009 Lifestyle Sports - adidas Dublin Marathon will be held on October 26th, 2009 and the closing date for entries to the race is October 5th. This marathon is particularly suitable for joggers and walkers as there is an 8 hour time limit.

Please note that participating or seeking sponsorship on behalf of the Irish Cancer Society is not the equivalent of registering for and entering the race. To secure your entry, you must enter on the website www.dublinmarathon.ie.

Since 2000 our Dublin Marathon runners have raised over €725,000 for the ICS, helping us in our mission to achieve world-class cancer services in Ireland and to ensure that fewer people get cancer and those that do have better outcomes.

In 2009, we hope even more runners will run in aid of the Irish Cancer Society and help us to continue these vital services.  Won’t you please join our team?
