Caring Volunteer needed for new walk in centre

The Irish Cancer Society is creating a new walk-in information, support and advice centre (Daffodil Centre) in Cork University Hospital for cancer patients, their families and anyone concerned about cancer.  

We’re looking for caring volunteers to work with the Daffodil Centre nurse by:
 

  • Making visitors to the centre welcome
  • Showing visitors the range of information available
  • Arranging for visitors to meet with the nurse
