Invitation to take part in survey of cancer survivors in Ireland

If you have had a cancer diagnosis at any stage in your life, you are invited to take part in a survey conducted by a team of researchers and health care professionals interested in the patient’s experience of the cancer journey and how this experience can be improved.

This survey is taking place with the support of the Irish Cancer Society and the National Cancer Control Programme.

It is hoped that the findings of this study will help to inform health care developments in the area of cancer follow-up (survivorship) care. 

Through participation in this survey you are helping us to better understand the experience of cancer care in Ireland.
