Shave or Dye takes its place in Guinness World Records 2013 book

Today FM’s Shave or Dye campaign for the Irish Cancer Society has got a mention in the Guinness World Records book for 2013 due to a record-breaking day of dye-ing last February.

Damien Bennett, senior colourist at Peter Mark, dyed 62 heads in the colours of the Irish flag on February 17th, 2012.

The record was set during the Ray D’Arcy Show on the day, and Damien joined Ray and Guinness World Records adjudicator Richard Stenning on the show on Thursday morning (September 13th).

To date Today FM’s Shave or Dye campaign has raised over €4,563,000 for the Irish Cancer Society.
