UCD team undertakes evaluation of Irish Cancer Society cancer information services
Have you used the Irish Cancer Society's range of cancer information services? If so you can help us to evaluate those services by taking part in a quick online survey which has been compiled by a team of researchers from University College Dublin.
The UCD team is undertaking an evaluation of the Society’s range of cancer information services, including:
- the National Cancer Helpline
- Daffodil Centres located in hospitals all over Ireland
- information and support received by email
- the cancer information pages on this website
- the website messageboard
- the Irish Cancer Society's social media channels on Facebook and Twitter
The team of researchers wish to survey people who have contacted the Irish Cancer Society to find out the extent to which the information they received helped with their concerns and queries.
This research will help us understand whether the Irish Cancer Society’s cancer information services are meeting the needs of people who contact the Society, and will help us improve services in the future.
