How to be breast aware
Check out this helpful video from our cancer nurse Roz on how to check your breasts. Everyone’s normal is different, so it’s important to know what this looks like for you.
Encourage your friends and family to watch this video too. There are lots of other resources and information available on this page that will be helpful to you and your family.
Use these to support your event or to help raise awareness with the people in your life. You can even take our Online Breast Health Checker quiz (coming soon!).
Know the signs
Did you know that each year in Ireland, almost 3,600 women and approximately 30 men are diagnosed with breast cancer? It is more common in women over 50, but it can affect younger women too.
