DCIS + invasive not seen on previous mammogram .
My 2015 mammogram was deemed clear but I had 10 cms of DCIS and 5 mm of invasive cancer in 2017 . Is it possible for 10 cms to grow in 2 years ? The 2017 mammogram failed to see 5mm of invasive cancer .

I am very sorry that you have not had a reply on this online community. No 2 peoples situation are ever the same but perhaps in this case your experience is not similar to any of the ladies using this online community.
We would suggest you meet with your Consultant to discuss this and to get advice re why this could happen. You can request a copy of your file, reports and radiological discs by submitting a request and fee to the hospital where you were attending the Breast Check Clinic. Your GP can then send a referral to another breast care Consultant.
