i am one year further than you with triple negative breast cancer, i was diagnosed April 2009, finished treatment June 2010, i get a check up every four months now but i think this will move to 6 months after the one in two weeks time, basically its a quick physical exam and a questionnaire. they weigh me and ask if i have any problems. i get a heart echo and ECG as follow up to trial i was on, but that check up is only once a year in July. i do not get scans etc although i do believe other centers do this as standard, the one i go to only does it if you have some issue of concern,

hth. take care.
