Taxol query
Hello all,
I met with consultant today to get my plan , I had originally thought I was going on AC first and then taxol, but am now going on taxol weekly for12 weeks with herceptin infusions every 3 weeks and then herceptin injections.
Could anyone please give me any advice regarding the weekly taxol , and how doable it is.

I got similar news some months ago. I thought I would have AC and Taxol but following surgery results I am having 12 weeks taxol followed by Radio Therapy and Hercepton injections. I’m on week 7 now and symptoms have been very manageable. I have lots of good days. The tiredness has been the main thing for me to manage. Adjusted to it now though. Everyone is different I know but from those I’ve spoken to who had AC and Taxol they tolerated Taxol much better. I hope your experience of it is not too tough. My experience has been a lot better than I anticipated and not too long more to go. Wishing you all the best with your treatment.
