Audio: Andrew McGinley talks to Hector on 2fm about this weekend's 55-hour fundraising football match

We brought you the announcement earlier this week that a 16-strong team from Sodexo Ireland is aiming to raise €20,000 in total this weekend to share between three Irish charities, including the Irish Cancer Society, by setting a new Guinness World Record for the longest five-a-side football game.

The 55-hour game takes place in St. Mary’s Community College, Borris Road, Portlaoise, starting this morning (Friday June 21st) and continuing non-stop until Sunday afternoon. The event is open to the public from 10am to 5pm each day so if you're in the midlands get down and give the lads some support.
