The Mid-Western Cancer Foundation Limited is your local cancer charity. All donations are used in this region to enhance services for patients attending the Cancer Centre at the University Hospital Limerick and for research at the University of Limerick.
Welcome to the Cancer Information and Support Centre, where we offer a range of services including counselling, social work and complementary services to support anyone affected by cancer; patient, family or friend.
Our drop-in advice and information service is open Monday to Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm, no appointment necessary. We offer a warm and welcoming, confidential environment, call in for a coffee and a chat. This facility was made possible through the generosity of the Mid-Western Hospitals Development Trust, University Hospital Limerick, The Mid Western Cancer Foundation and is affiliated to the Irish Cancer Society.
