Well I have spent another sleepless night . I sleep well except the 3 days I have to take these tablets. Anyone else find this. On top of the increased appetite for these few days...

Yes the insomnia on those steroids was a constant feature for me. The wide awake all through the night, bouts of being mad hungry and sometime a feeling like I had the shakes!

Absolutely Superwhy!
The sleep wasn't fantastic when having chemotherapy but I will tell ypu my kitchen has never been as clean since! Image removed.
I was also eating rings around me but one of the nurses said that can be from indigestion also.
Please God you won't have to put up with too much more x

I had these for my first chemo but I was like a mad yoke on them....really did not agree with me. I was shaking like mad, felt completely out of it and wasn't sure what was real or not. Crazy nights of sleep/dreams etc. In the end I said it to the nurse who said some people react worse than others....so I was taken off them. Had one dose with chemo then none.......was very hard to do chemo with no steroids but got there. Downside was slept for nearly a week when I had chemo without them.
