How long before Stage 3 Breast Cancer turns to stage 4

Hi !
Does anyone know what would be an average time before stage 3 multifocal breast cancer with lymph node involvement ( auxiliary, sub pectoral, internal mammary glands ) which is HER 2 + and Estrogen + , Grade 2 turn into stage 4 without any treatment?
I’m asking because I’m forced to stop treatment after only 1 chemo due to other underlying fast progressing autoimmune disease and I want to know what I’m roughly looking at… any ideas or guesses? Thank you.
